Open Mat.
A place to arrive exactly as you are.
Beginner-friendly yoga, breathwork, tea, and conversation. Free or pay-what-you-can. If a studio has ever felt like too much — this is the room in between.
Every Sunday at Parc Jarry · free or pay-what-you-can. Once a month, a Saturday morning for teachers to gather and learn together.
Not a yoga class. A community practice.
Open Mat isn't a drop-in class, a networking event, or a meetup. It's a room built around a single idea — that showing up is enough, and that beginners are the whole point.
- — Not a yoga class

Arrival, breath, movement, stillness, tea.
- 01Arrival
Take off your shoes. There's tea. No one is watching you.
- 02Breath
A few minutes of settling. Nothing you can do wrong.
- 03Movement
A gentle, beginner-friendly session. Modify anything.
- 04Stillness
A long, honest rest. Often the best part.
- 05Tea & talk
Stay if you want. Leave if you need to.
15 minutes to try — with a room that's rooting for you.

- —People new to yoga or wellness
- —People who feel intimidated by studios
- —New yoga teachers who want practice teaching
- —Community members who want a calm, welcoming space
